Refund Policy

We back every Prompt Flipping™ product with a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, we want you off the books — no fine print, no jumping through hoops.
1. The 180-day guarantee
If you're not 100% satisfied with any Prompt Flipping™ product, you can request a full refund within 180 days of your original purchase date.
2. What's covered
- Prompt Flipping 2.0 — the core $17 product
- All order bumps (PDF Profit Maximizer, 47+ Ads Swipe File, etc.)
- All upsells (DFY Funnels Pack, PDF Launch Call)
- Payment-plan products (DS1 $49×2, DS2 $27×4) — both completed and in-progress plans are refundable for the amount paid to date
3. How to request a refund
- Email mark@promptflipping.co from the email address you used at checkout
- Subject line: "Refund request"
- Include your order date and the product name (helps us find your order faster)
You don't need to explain why. We don't ask for feedback in exchange. We just refund.
4. How long it takes
- Confirmation — usually within 24 hours (often same day during EU business hours)
- Refund processed by us — within 7 business days of confirmation
- Money back on your card — typically 5–10 business days after we process, depending on your bank
5. Payment-plan refunds
If you bought a payment-plan product (e.g. DS1 at $49 × 2 or DS2 at $27 × 4) and request a refund:
- We refund all payments you've made so far
- We cancel the schedule so no further charges happen
- You still keep what you've downloaded (see "What you keep" below)
6. What you keep after refund
We trust you. If you refund, you can keep any PDFs or files you've already downloaded — we won't ask you to delete anything. However, by accepting the refund:
- Your members-area access is revoked
- The license granted under our Terms & Conditions is terminated
- You agree not to share, resell, or distribute the downloaded materials
7. Chargebacks (please don't)
If you have a problem, please email us first — we resolve refund requests in under 24 hours. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us:
- Adds 60+ days of bank investigation we both have to deal with
- May result in immediate revocation of your account and forfeiture of any other products you own
- Can leave a permanent fraud flag on the email you used
Just email us. We won't argue.
8. Exclusions
The 180-day guarantee covers genuine customer satisfaction. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where:
- The refund window has passed (more than 180 days since purchase)
- There is clear evidence of abuse — e.g. multiple purchase/refund cycles on the same email, or downloading content then refunding to redistribute
- The request comes from a payment method that's been flagged for fraud
9. After your refund
If you change your mind in the future, you're welcome to repurchase at the then-current price. Refunded customers are not banned — life happens.
