Refund Policy

We back every Prompt Flipping™ product with a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, we want you off the books — no fine print, no jumping through hoops.

The short version: Within 180 days of purchase, email mark@promptflipping.co with the email you used to buy. We refund every cent within 7 business days. You keep what you downloaded — we trust you.

If you're not 100% satisfied with any Prompt Flipping™ product, you can request a full refund within 180 days of your original purchase date.

You don't need to explain why. We don't ask for feedback in exchange. We just refund.
